采用乙醇 -水溶液、乙醇 -稀碱水溶液和乙醇 -FeCl3复合溶液等几种不同的乙醇体系 ,对克拉玛依炼油厂催化裂化装置生产的催化柴油 (以下简称催柴 )进行萃取精制。结果表明 ,用乙醇 -FeCl3复合溶剂可脱除催柴中绝大部分的碱性氮化物 ,再用稀碱溶液辅助精制后其储存安定性显著提高。白土精制是提高催柴储存安定性的最佳补充精制方案。本实验所用萃取剂价格低廉并可重复利用 ,实验操作简便易行
The catalytic diesel produced by catalytic cracker in Karamay refinery (hereinafter referred to as “fuming diesel”) was extracted and refined by several different ethanol systems, such as ethanol-water solution, ethanol-dilute alkali solution and ethanol-FeCl3 complex solution. The results show that ethanol - FeCl3 composite solvent can be used to remove most of the basic nitrogen nitride catalyst, and then dilute alkaline solution-assisted purification of its storage stability was significantly improved. Clay refining is to improve the stability of the reminder to save the best storage of refined refining program. The excipient used in this experiment is cheap and can be reused, experimental operation is simple and easy
