Kováts指数(KIs)结合气相色谱-质谱联用(GC-MS)技术在DB-WAX和DB-5毛细管柱上分离、鉴定生物体产生的信息化学物质。特别是在生物活性物质含量极少和不具备一系列标准品的情况下,利用Kováts指数具有很好重复性和可比性的特点,对信息化学物质立体构型进行确定具有很好的优势。本文利用Kováts指数对云南松毛虫Dendrolimus houi Lajonquière性信息素立体异构体的构型进行鉴定。结果表明:云南松毛虫性信息素成分具有反5,顺7构型的立体构型。本文还探讨了Kováts指数在异构体构型鉴定方面的作用及应用中应注意的一些问题。
The Kováts Index (KIs) was separated on a DB-WAX and DB-5 capillary column with gas chromatography-mass spectrometry (GC-MS) to identify information chemicals produced by organisms. Especially when the content of bioactive substances is very low and it does not have a series of standards, using the characteristics of Kováts index with good repeatability and comparability, it has a good advantage to determine the configuration of information chemicals. In this paper, the Kováts index was used to identify the configuration of sex pheromone in Dendrolimus houi Lajonquière. The results showed that the sex pheromone constituents of Dendrolimus punctatus possessed the stereoconfiguration of trans 5, cis 7 configuration. This article also discusses the role of Kováts index in the identification of isomeric configuration and some problems to be noticed in its application.
