分析了铜钛复合管的可焊性,提出了一种适合铜钛复合管焊接的独特坡口型式和氩弧焊接工艺,并通过X射线无损探伤、化学成分分析、拉伸性能试验、弯曲性能试验、金相组织检验、显微硬度分析和电化学腐蚀试验,研究了其焊接接头性能。结果表明:选取银基钎料BAg72Cu作为铜钛复合管的过渡焊接材料,并采用“氩弧焊打底+氩弧钎焊过渡+氩弧焊盖面”的焊接工艺方法可以得到具有理想的化学成分、微观组织、力学性能和耐腐蚀性能的焊接接头。
The weldability of Cu-Ti composite pipe was analyzed and a unique groove type and argon arc welding process suitable for Cu-Ti composite pipe welding was proposed.
