由于苯具有骨髓毒性,可引起白血病,并广泛存在于工作环境及室内空气中,因此,评价苯的接触十分重要。与空气中苯、尿酚、尿粘康酸及尿苯基巯基尿酸等指标相比,血苯是一项监测职业苯接触的特异指标。本研究的目的是建立血苯的测定方法,并以此为基本手段在志愿者中进行苯的动力学研究。血苯苯接触组由3个健康的非吸烟者组成,在动态暴露室中接触高浓度苯30 mg/m~3和低浓度苯5.2mg/m~34h。从接触苯前开始收集第一次血样后,每小时收集2次共3h,并在停止接触前采集最后一次。停止高浓度苯接触后,每隔10min采血一次,之后采血间隔加长,在24h内共采集16个血样。停止低浓度苯接触后,采集5个血样。血苯用顶空气相色谱法,配以光离子检测器进行分析,其结果为:连续接触30mg/m~3苯小时,停止接触1后,血苯平均值达238nmol/L,16h后,为
