教学过程是师生相互交流的多边活动过程,师生以什么样的心境进入教学过程是影响学生主动参与学习并取得教学效果的重要因素之一。在课堂教学过程中,教师不应成为“居高临下”的独裁者,而应成为一个“平等的”参与者,努力营造一种民主、合作、完整、和谐的教学环境,创设一种“育人为本”的学习环境,使学生在充满爱的富有情感色彩的课堂氛围中真正把参与的热情激发起来,才能主动获得知识,同时还要让学生在学习中产生兴趣。
The teaching process is a multilateral activity process in which teachers and students communicate with each other. What kind of mood teachers and students enter into the teaching process is one of the important factors that affect the students’ active participation in learning and teaching effectiveness. In the process of classroom teaching, teachers should not become dictators of “condescending ”, but should become an “equal ” participants, and strive to create a democratic, cooperative, complete and harmonious teaching environment and create a “Educating people-oriented” learning environment, so that students in the love-filled classroom atmosphere full of passion to stimulate enthusiasm for participation, can take the initiative to obtain knowledge, but also to make students interested in learning.
