目的建立并比较BALB/c与C57BL/6小鼠互为供受体心脏移植急性排斥模型。方法采用BALB/c与C57BL/6小鼠互为供受体建立心脏移植模型,术后评估免疫排斥情况、并发症、观察移植心脏存活时间并做病理检查。结果手术成功率为94.7%。A组(BALB/c→C57BL/6)与B组(C57BL/6→BALB/c)的生存时间无统计学差异。两组均可见典型急性排斥病理改变,两组间无明显统计学差异。两组移植心脏的心功能情况无明显差异。结论近交系BALB/c和C57BL/6基因小鼠遗传稳定,可以建立稳定的急性排斥反应模型。C57BL/6适合作为受体,移植时间明显缩短,造模成功率较高。
Objective To establish and compare the acute rejection model of donor heart transplantation with BALB / c and C57BL / 6 mice. Methods BALB / c and C57BL / 6 mice were used as recipients to establish heart transplantation models. Postoperative immune rejection and complication were observed. Cardiac survival time was observed and pathological examination was performed. Results The successful rate of operation was 94.7%. There was no significant difference in survival time between group A (BALB / c → C57BL / 6) and group B (C57BL / 6 → BALB / c). Two groups were seen typical acute rejection pathological changes, no significant difference between the two groups. There was no significant difference in cardiac function between the two groups. Conclusion Inbred strains BALB / c and C57BL / 6 mice are genetically stable and can establish a stable acute rejection model. C57BL / 6 is suitable as a receptor, the transplantation time was significantly shortened, modeling success rate higher.
