【目的】对25个栽培番茄Heirlooms和3个野生番茄品种进行田间表型多样性分析,对果实不同部位叶绿素含量和成熟果实可溶性固形物含量进行检测及聚类分析。【方法】分别在小果期和中果期利用分光光度法,检测番茄果实上部和下部叶绿素含量的差异,运用折光仪检测番茄果实3个发育时期的可溶性固形物的含量并进行聚类分析。【结果】3个野生番茄与栽培番茄Heirlooms品系在叶绿素和可溶性固形物方面具有明显的差异,并通过聚类分析与Heirloom品系区分。在Heirloom品系中,叶绿素含量在含有果肩的部分明显高于远离果肩的底部,果实品质相关的可溶性固形物的含量与番茄果实果肩部分叶绿素含量表现基本一致。可溶性固形物含量最高为7.07%的Heirloom品系中的樱桃番茄Yellow Vernissage。【结论】具有正常果型的Bali可溶性固形物含量为6.76%,以及具有6.13%可溶性固形物的大果型Big Zebra,均可以用于满足不同果形的番茄品质提高的育种研究应用。
【Objective】 The phenotypic diversity of 25 cultivated tomato cultivars Heirlooms and 3 wild tomato cultivars was analyzed. The chlorophyll content and soluble solids content in different parts of the fruit were detected and clustered. 【Method】 The contents of soluble solids in upper and lower tomato fruits were detected by spectrophotometry in the small fruit period and middle fruit period respectively. The contents of soluble solids in three developmental stages of tomato fruits were detected by the refractometer and clustered. 【Result】 The results showed that the three wild tomatoes and cultivated tomato Heirlooms strains had obvious differences in chlorophyll and soluble solids, and were distinguished from Heirloom strains by cluster analysis. In the Heirloom line, the content of chlorophyll in the fruit shoulder was significantly higher than that in the bottom away from the fruit shoulder. The content of soluble solids related to fruit quality was basically the same as the chlorophyll content in the fruit shoulder. Yellow Vernissage, a cherry tomato in the Heirloom line with a maximum soluble solids content of 7.07%. 【Conclusion】 The content of soluble solids (soluble solids) of 6.76% with normal fruit shape and the large-sized Big Zebra with soluble solids of 6.13% can be used in breeding research to improve the quality of tomato with different fruit shapes.
