转化生长因子β(TGF-β)是一种多功能的细胞因子,可以影响细胞的生长、分化和凋亡等,其中TGF-β对于CD4+T细胞分化的调节作用尤为重要。尽管多种细胞都可产生TGF-β,但它们主要以无活性的前体形式存在,必须被激活以后才能发挥生物学作用。因此,通过调节TGF-β的活化,可以控制TGF-β的作用。本文主要讨论TGF-β的存在形式、信号转导通路以及在整合素家族调控下的活化机制等。重点讨论TGF-β对CD4+T细胞分化的调节作用,以及这种调节作用与免疫相关疾病发生发展的关系。
Transforming growth factor beta (TGF-beta) is a multifunctional cytokine that can affect cell growth, differentiation and apoptosis, among which TGF-beta is particularly important for the regulation of CD4 + T cell differentiation. Although many types of cells produce TGF-beta, they predominate as inactive precursors and must be activated before they can exert their biological effects. Therefore, by regulating the activation of TGF-β, the effect of TGF-β can be controlled. This article mainly discusses the existence form of TGF-β, signal transduction pathway and activation mechanism under the regulation of integrin family. Focus on the regulation of TGF-β on CD4 + T cell differentiation, as well as the regulation of immune-related diseases and the development of the relationship.
