目的:确定表面活性剂的应用是否影响极低出生体重儿大脑、全身的血液动力学及气体交换。并且确定在输注表面活性剂后主要影响平均脑血流速度(mCBFv)变化的因素。试验设计:在输注第二个剂量的表面活性剂前、中、后,连续检测14例患有呼吸窘迫综合征的极低出生体重儿的mCBFv、动脉血二氧化碳分压(PaCO2)、平均动脉压(MABP)和动脉血氧分压(PaO2)。
Objectives: To determine if the use of surfactants affects the brains, systemic hemodynamics and gas exchange in very low birth weight infants. And to determine the factors that affect primarily the change in mean cerebral blood flow velocity (mCBFv) after surfactant infusion. Experimental Design: Before, during, and after the second dose of surfactant was infused, mCBFv, PaCO2, and mean arterial blood pressure were continuously measured in 14 very low birth weight infants with respiratory distress syndrome Pressure (MABP) and arterial partial pressure of oxygen (PaO2).
