优良的教风是为人师表、言传身教的产物和体现,是衡量师资素质高低的标尺之一,也是促进学生树立良好学风的“无声命令”,提高教育、教学质量的可靠保证。政治教师是塑造一代新人美好心灵的灵魂工程师,树立优良教风尤为重要。如何树立这种教风?积数十年教坛生涯之经验,我以为要在“严、实、勤、细、全”上狠下功夫。严,就是从严治教。政治教师要为人师表,严于律己,身体力行,既要在常规教学的各个环节上下功夫,也要严格要求学生,在常规学习的各个方面花力气。 Excellent teaching style is the product and embodiment of the teacher and the teacher.
