为了在犬身上复制高血压动物模型,进一步探讨肾素—血管紧张素系统与高血压发生发展的关系,我们应用放射免疫测定法,测定了80只犬血浆中的血管紧张素Ⅱ浓度,为了解正常情况下肾素—血管紧张素系统的活性提供了参考数据。
To further investigate the relationship between the renin-angiotensin system and the development of hypertension in an animal model of high blood pressure in dogs, we used radioimmunoassay to determine the plasma concentrations of angiotensin II in 80 dogs. To understand The renin-angiotensin system activity under normal circumstances provides reference data.
