近年来,随着高等教育大众化和市场经济的发展,高职院校的规模得到了空前发展,全国高职在校生已占据整个高校学生数量的半壁江山。但我们必须清醒地看到:高职院校学生的综合表现与人才培养目标存有一定差距,主要表现为:学生的思想和道德基础薄弱;人文和科学知识薄弱;自控和自学能力薄弱。许多学生在明辨是非能力、公德意识、心理素质、人际交往能力以及自我意识等方面与普通高等院校学生存在一定差距。 In recent years, with the popularization of higher education and the development of market economy, the scale of higher vocational colleges has enjoyed unprecedented growth. Students in vocational colleges in the country have occupied half of the total number of students in colleges and universities. However, we must be soberly aware that there is a certain gap between the overall performance of students in higher vocational colleges and the goal of personnel training. The main manifestations are as follows: Students have weak ideological and moral foundation; they have weak knowledge of humanities and science; and they are weak in self-control and self-learning. Many students have a certain gap from ordinary colleges and universities in distinguishing between non-competence, moral consciousness, psychological quality, interpersonal skills and self-awareness.
