目的研究一种新型B群链球菌显色培养基的应用性能。方法对519份孕妇阴道分泌物标本分别采用传统方法、法国CHROMagar-GBS和AT-GBS鉴定,比较2种显色培养基鉴定方法与传统方法的符合率。结果CHROMagar-GBS和传统方法的符合率为95.57%;AT-GBS和传统方法的符合率为99.61%。CHROMagar-GBS的阳性率为11.18%(58/519),但存在4.24%(22/519)的假阳性率;AT-GBS的阳性率为7.13%(37/519),假阳性率为0.19%(1/519)。CHROMagar-GBS和AT-GBS 2种显色培养基灵敏度差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);2种显色培养基特异度差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),AT-GBS特异度优于CHROMagar-GBS。结论 AT-GBS特异度优于CHROMagar-GBS,可以作为B群链球菌筛选方法加以推广应用。
Objective To study the application performance of a new group B Streptococcus chromogenic medium. Methods 519 samples of vaginal secretions from pregnant women were identified by traditional methods, France CHROMagar-GBS and AT-GBS respectively. The coincidence rates of the two methods were compared with the traditional methods. Results The coincidence rate of CHROMagar-GBS and traditional method was 95.57%. The coincidence rate of AT-GBS and traditional method was 99.61%. The positive rate of CHROMagar-GBS was 11.18% (58/519), but there was a false positive rate of 4.24% (22/519). The positive rate of AT-GBS was 7.13% (37/519) and the false positive rate was 0.19% (1/519). The sensitivity of CHROMagar-GBS and AT-GBS was no significant difference (P> 0.05). There was significant difference in the specificity of the two media (P <0.01), the specificity of AT-GBS At CHROMagar-GBS. Conclusion The specificity of AT-GBS is better than that of CHROMagar-GBS, which can be used as a screening method for group B Streptococcus.
