目的:探讨附子温阳通便的有效物质基础。方法:观察附子总碱对阳虚便秘模型大鼠体质量、排便时间、排便质量、结肠肌电的影响。结果:模型组大鼠体质量与空白对照组大鼠体质量比较显著减轻,阳性组和附子总碱组大鼠的体质量与模型组大鼠体质量比较无统计学意义。与空白对照组比较,模型组大鼠的首粒排便时间显著延迟、3 h内排便质量显著减轻;与模型对照组比较,阳性对照组和附子总碱组均有显著促进阳虚便秘模型大鼠排便作用。与空白对照组比较,模型组大鼠的结肠收缩幅度显著减弱;与模型组比较,阳性对照组和附子总碱组大鼠的结肠收缩幅度均显著增加。结论:附子总碱是附子温阳通便的有效物质基础。
Objective: To explore the effective material basis of aconite aconite. Methods: To observe the effect of total alkaloids of Aconite on the body weight, defecation time, defecation quality and colonic myoelectricity of rats with Yang deficiency constipation. Results: The body weight of rats in the model group was significantly reduced compared with that of the blank control group. There was no significant difference between the body weight of the positive group and the total alkaloid group rats and the body weight of the model group rats. Compared with the blank control group, the rats in the model group had a significant delay in defecation time and significantly reduced stool quality within 3 h; compared with the model control group, both the positive control group and the total alkaloid group significantly promoted the yang deficiency constipation model rats. Defecation effect. Compared with the blank control group, the contraction amplitude of the colon in the model group rats was significantly reduced; compared with the model group, the colon contraction amplitudes of the positive control group and the total alkaloid group were significantly increased. Conclusion: Aconite total base is the effective material basis for aconite.
