液态道路沥青灌装技术成功地解决了沥青在液态灌装时产生的拉丝污染问题和不易控制的稳定灌装精度问题。通过实验研究得出对拉丝污染起决定性作用的主要因素是沥青灌装控制阀座上的吹气孔数量、密封带宽度、越程槽的形状以及气孔通气吹扫的时间。对这些主要因素进行正交试验,取得了不产生拉丝污染的优化组合设计方案,为进一步改进道路沥青灌装设备的设计提供了理论依据 Asphalt filling technology of liquid road has successfully solved the drawing pollution problem of asphalt in liquid filling and the stable filling accuracy which is difficult to control. The main factors that have played a decisive role in drawing pollution through experimental research are the number of blowing holes, the width of the sealing band, the shape of the overrun tank and the timing of venting purge on the asphalt filling control valve seat. Orthogonal experiments of these main factors were carried out and an optimized combination design scheme without drawing pollution was obtained, which provided a theoretical basis for further improving the design of road asphalt filling equipment
