混凝土材料是由骨料、砂浆、初始缺陷组成的多相复合材料。为了得到初始缺陷的分布规律,本文利用CT断层扫描技术获得的混凝土试件各断层扫描图片,通过图像处理软件提取和重构了试件中初始缺陷的空间形貌。然后采用MATLAB编程实现对各个不连通缺陷的区分,进而对每一个缺陷都分别用不同的椭球进行近似。对椭球的方位、位置和尺寸等参数进行概率密度统计和拟合,得到了混凝土内初始缺陷定量的分布规律,椭球方位角可能呈正态、指数或均匀分布,缺陷中心点位置呈均匀分布,尺寸呈对数正态或极值分布,提供了对混凝土初始缺陷分布特征的定量描述。
Concrete is composed of aggregate, mortar, the initial defect of multi-phase composite material. In order to get the distribution rule of initial defects, this paper uses CT tomography to obtain tomographic images of concrete specimens, and extracts and reconstructs the initial shape of defects in the specimen by image processing software. And then use MATLAB programming to achieve the distinction between the various non-connectivity defects, and then each of the defects are respectively approximated by different ellipsoids.
