本文对甘蓝型油菜×蓝花子杂种F1继代60代后的PMC1)的细胞学进行了观察。结果表明:继代60代后的该杂种再生植株的细胞组成较复杂,减数分裂存在多种类型。其中,中期I的完全不配对类型占48.0%,后期I的18—18的染色体组分割极具特色。
Cytology of PMC1 after passage 60 generations of Brassica napus x blue flower hybrid F1 was observed in this paper. The results showed that after 60 generations of subculture, the hybrid plants of this hybrid plant had complicated cell components and multiple types of meiosis. Among them, the complete unpaired type accounted for 48.0% of medium I, late I 18-18 genomic segregation highly distinctive.
