[目的]优化白术(Atractylodes macrocephala Koidz)碱溶性多糖提取工艺。[方法]以白术水提残渣为原料,采用碱溶液进行提取。在单因素试验基础上,选取碱浓度、提取时间和料液比进行正交试验,对其碱溶性多糖的最佳提取工艺进行探讨。[结果]碱溶性白术多糖的最佳提取工艺条件为:碱浓度0.9 mol/L,提取时间5 h,料液比1∶30(W∶V)。在该工艺条件下,碱溶性粗多糖得率为8.38%。[结论]该研究可为白术碱溶性多糖的开发利用提供科学依据。
[Objective] To optimize the extraction process of alkali-soluble polysaccharide from Atractylodes macrocephala Koidz. [Method] Atractylodes macrocephalae residue was taken as raw material and extracted with alkali solution. On the basis of single factor experiment, orthogonal test was carried out to select alkali concentration, extraction time and material-liquid ratio, and the optimum extraction process of alkali-soluble polysaccharide was discussed. [Result] The optimum extraction conditions of polysaccharides from Alkali - dissolving Atractylodes were: alkali concentration 0.9 mol / L, extraction time 5 h, solid - liquid ratio 1:30 (W: V).
