健康家兔用复脉汤二个剂量9g/kg、6g/kg灌胃。观察(1)复脉汤对肾上腺素诱发的心律失常的防治作用。结果表明:心律失常出现的潜伏期和持续时间与对照组相比差异有显著性意义,提示复脉汤可能有阻断心脏β受体作用;(2)用左心插管法记录家兔希氏束电图(HBE),观察复脉汤对心传导系统的作用,结果表明:复脉汤对反映房室结内传导时间A-H间期有明显延长作用,提示复脉汤抗心律失常机理可能是延长房室传导,降低心脏传导系统的兴奋性,从而消除异位搏动
Healthy rabbits were intragastrically administered with two doses of 9mg/kg and 6g/kg. Observe (1) the preventive and therapeutic effects of Fumai Tang on epinephrine-induced arrhythmia. The results showed that the latency and duration of arrhythmia were significantly different from those in the control group, suggesting that Fumai Decoction may block the action of β-receptors in the heart; (2) Recording the rabbit’s Hix with left heart catheterization Electron beam mapping (HBE) was used to observe the effect of Fumai Decoction on the cardiac conduction system. The results showed that Fumai Decoction had a prolonged effect on the A-H interval reflecting the intraventricular nodal conduction time, suggesting that Fumai Decoction has an anti-arrhythmic mechanism. May prolong the atrioventricular conduction and reduce the excitability of the heart conduction system, thus eliminating ectopic beats
