改革开放以来,市场经济体制不断完善,人民生活水平不断提高,家具市场也随之逐步走上快速发展的道路。许多外资纷纷涌入中国,为中国的家具市场注入了活力。商场式运营模式的发展彻底改革了传统的家居零售行业,是家居市场的营销模式发生率翻天覆地的变化。但是,在国内外的双重重压下,中国家具市场要想获得长足发展,就必须探索出一种适合中国国情和经济发展趋势的全新的运营模式。本文从现有家居市场的运营模式存在的问题出发,探究了改革完善运营模式的策略。
Since the reform and opening up, the market economy system has been continuously improved and the people’s living standards have been continuously improved. As a result, the furniture market has gradually taken the road of rapid development. Many foreign investors poured into China one after another, injecting vitality into the Chinese furniture market. The development of shopping mall operation mode completely revolutionized the traditional home retail industry, is the home market marketing model changes dramatically. However, under the dual pressures of home and abroad, if China’s furniture market needs to achieve rapid growth, it must explore a brand new operating mode that suits China’s national conditions and economic development trends. Based on the existing problems in the operation mode of the domestic market, this paper explores the strategy of reforming and perfecting the operation mode.
