错构瘤是肺部常见的良性肿瘤,其大小形态多异,临床容易误诊。本文对我科1974年4月～1991年12月经手术及病理证实的34例肺错构瘤报告如下:1 临床资料1.1 男性21例,女性13例。男∶女=1.62∶1。年龄11～66岁,平均43.6岁。症状:不同程度的咳嗽16例(47.1%),伴气短4例(11.8%)咯血5例(14.7%)。间断性发烧4例(11.8%),胸闷不适5例(14.7%)。查体发现者15例(44.1%)。X 线检查:胸部 X 线表 Hamartoma is a common benign tumor in the lung. Its size and shape are different, and it is easy to misdiagnose in clinic. In this paper, 34 cases of pulmonary hamartoma confirmed by surgery and pathology in our department from April 1974 to December 1991 are reported as follows: 1 Clinical data 1.1 There are 21 males and 13 females. Male: female = 1.62:1. Age 11 to 66 years old, average 43.6 years old. Symptoms: There were 16 cases (47.1%) with different degrees of cough, and 4 cases (11.8%) with shortness of hemoptysis in 5 cases (14.7%).
