由于经济体制改革的不彻底和政治体制改革的滞后,我国尚未建立起产权清晰﹑权责明确﹑政企分开﹑管理科学的现代企业制度,企业法人治理结构还没有理顺,因而在企业的管理层,尤其是高管层的激励约束方面暴露出很多问题。本文在对国企高管薪酬的现状和主要问题进行分析的基础上,探寻产生问题的原因并提出解决的对策。
Due to the incomplete reform of the economic system and the lag of the reform of the political system, our country has not yet established a modern enterprise system with clear property right, clear power and responsibility, separate government administration and enterprise management and scientific management. The corporate governance structure of the enterprise has not been straightened out yet. Therefore, Layers, especially senior management incentive constraints exposed a lot of problems. Based on the analysis of the present situation and the main problems of SOE pay in state-owned enterprises, this paper explores the causes of the problems and proposes the solutions.
