解放军信息工程学院于1984年下半年开始研究开发程控交换机系列产品。首先于1986年6月研制出G1200型全电子时分模拟用户交换机。同年七月,河南省科委组织鉴定认为,该机设计思路新颖,技术上有独到之处,性能稳定可靠,国产化程度高,具有国内先进水平。该产品经重新定型后已交郑州通信设备厂生产。 在G1200型交换机的基础上,信息工程学院与中国邮电工业总公司合作研制了HJD—03型PAM程控用户交换机。该机采用了集中与分散相结合的控制体制,交换网络使用高阻抗的四线制传输技术,为了支
