实验证明，抗坏血酸－铜离子对水中大肠杆菌及其３种噬菌体均有协同杀灭作用。其作用受抗坏血酸与铜离子的用量影响。该混合液稳定性差。试验中测定了铜进入菌体的量，并在电镜下观察了大肠杆菌形态的变化。
Experiments show that ascorbate - copper ions on water E. coli and its three kinds of phages have synergistic killing effect. Its role by the amount of ascorbic acid and copper ions. The mixture is poorly stable. In the experiment, the amount of copper entering the cell was measured, and the change of the morphology of E. coli was observed under the electron microscope.
