介绍了动车组高压电缆局部放电检测电源系统的设计,采用软硬件结合的方式实现了对电源系统的控制,进而满足动车组高压电缆局部放电检测的要求。通过上位机设定测试参数,以通信的方式控制单片机输出的CP脉冲和方向信号,准确控制步进电动机,从而实现对电源系统输出电压的准确控制。该电源系统既可以预先设定不同试验的电压值,又可以根据用户需要选择不同的操作模式。该电源系统已经通过现场使用,操作方便且性能稳定可靠。
The design of partial discharge detection system of high voltage cable for EMU is introduced. The combination of hardware and software is used to control the power system and to meet the requirement of partial discharge detection of high voltage cable for EMU. The test parameters are set by the host computer to control the CP pulse and direction signal output by the singlechip to accurately control the stepper motor in order to achieve accurate control of the output voltage of the power system. The power system can pre-set different test voltage values, but also according to user needs to choose a different operating mode. The power system has been field use, easy to operate and stable performance.
