喷射混凝土的集料配比条件不同于普通混凝土(指模板浇注的混凝土)。因此,它在物理力学性能方面有很多与普通混凝土不同的特点。目前,在国内检验喷射混凝土物理力学性能方法不尽一致,同时,各部门喷射混凝土施工工艺和技术标准也多不统一,性能指标往往相差很大,材料性能和施工质量难以控制。锚喷支护的大量使用,迫切要求对喷射混凝土建立一套统一的、切合实际的、可行的施工技术标准、材料性能检验和评价方法,以确保喷射混凝土的施工质量。
Spraying concrete aggregate setting conditions are different from ordinary concrete (refers to the template pouring concrete). Therefore, it has many different physical and mechanical properties than ordinary concrete. At present, there are different ways to test the physical and mechanical properties of shotcrete in China. At the same time, the construction technology and technical standards of shotcrete in various departments are also often not uniform. The performance indexes often differ greatly, and the material properties and construction quality are difficult to control. It is urgently required to establish a set of uniform, practical and feasible construction technical standards, material property testing and evaluation methods for shotcrete to ensure the construction quality of shotcrete.
