目的:运用锥形束计算机断层扫描技术(CBCT)在口腔颌面部复杂牙拔除中进行定位,并评价其在临床中的应用价值。方法:对在门诊就诊的患者中无法利用普通根尖片、曲面断层片定位的53颗复杂牙,术前进行CBCT定位测量复杂牙颊舌侧、近远中及与神经管的距离并行三维重建,根据术后复杂牙位置信息来判断CBCT对复杂牙拔除定位中的应用价值。结果:根据53颗复杂牙CBCT定位信息与拔除后的牙齿位置对比,定位信息准确有效。结论:CBCT在口腔颌面部复杂牙拔除中能有效的定位,明显缩短手术时间,是口腔颌面部复杂牙拔除中的有用工具。
OBJECTIVE: To evaluate the value of CBCT in the clinical application of complex dental extraction in oral and maxillofacial regions by using cone beam computed tomography (CBCT). Methods: 53 complicated teeth with common root tip and curved slice were not available in the outpatient clinic. CBCT positioning was performed before surgery to measure the distance between the complex lingual buccal, near and far, and the neural tube in three-dimensional reconstruction , According to the postoperative complex tooth position information to determine the CBCT complex tooth removal location value. Results: The localization information was accurate and effective based on the CBCT location information of 53 complex teeth and the position of the extracted tooth. CONCLUSION: CBCT can be effectively positioned in complex dental extraction of oral and maxillofacial region, which can significantly shorten the operation time and is a useful tool in complex dental extraction of oral and maxillofacial region.
