生态生产力是一种与传统生产力不同的新生产力,是自然资源环境为人类提供物质资料、生活环境、废气物回收的综合能力,推动着自然-人-社会复合体和谐协调、共生共荣、共同发展.生态生产力同时是生态系统自身的自我生产,自我维系,自我修复的天然能力.人类社会经历原始文明、农业文明、工业文明之后,正在逐步进入生态文明发展的阶段.生态文明取代工业文明并发展成为21世纪社会文明的主流,生态生产力的发展是21世纪人类财富的源泉与社会文明的希望.我们应通过树立生态理念.发展循环经济,生态政治化,来促进生态生产力的发展.
