利用具有滴管炉和固定床特点的试验反应系统,研究了3种典型原煤样品在热解和燃烧过程中硫的析出和迁移特性,得到煤种、温度、升温模式和过量空气系数对硫析出特性的影响规律.通过煤粉燃烧模拟电站锅炉烟气气氛,研究了硫及其化合物对水冷壁管高温腐蚀的影响.对腐蚀试样表面的微观分析表明:温度越高、过量空气系数越小,腐蚀试样表面氧化皮越厚;随着温度升高,气相含硫产物转化率提高.
Using the experimental reaction system with the characteristics of a dropper and a fixed bed, the characteristics of sulfur precipitation and migration during the pyrolysis and combustion of three kinds of typical coal samples were studied. The effects of coal type, temperature, heating mode and excess air ratio on the sulfur precipitation The influence of sulfur and its compounds on the high temperature corrosion of water wall tubes was studied by simulating the flue gas atmosphere in coal fired power plants by pulverized coal combustion.Microanalysis on the surface of corrosion samples showed that the higher the temperature is, the smaller the excess air coefficient , The thicker the oxide scale on the surface of the corrosion sample; as the temperature increases, the conversion rate of sulfur products in the gas phase increases.
