目的:对鸭儿芹药材进行显微鉴别。方法:采用组织横切片,粉末显微鉴别等方法。结果:鸭儿芹根的横切面皮部较宽,皮部细胞中淀粉粒众多;茎横切面表皮下有厚角组织环状排列,皮层和髓部有油细胞散在,有的薄壁细胞中含淀粉粒。结论:上述特征可为鸭儿芹质量标准的制定及进一步的开发利用提供鉴别依据。
Objective: Microscopically identify duck paeoniae medicinal material. Methods: Using tissue cross-section, powder microscopic identification and other methods.
