以“京研迷你2号”黄瓜品种为试材,采用了普通克里格插值法,研究了模拟温室内不同时间点温湿度分布,并利用温室内温湿度测量值进行验证。结果表明:日光温室内温湿度测量值与模拟值的决定系数(Determination Coefficient,R2)为0.96和0.95,均方根误差((Root Mean Square Deviation,RMSD)为1.35℃和1.45%,平均偏差(Mean Bias Deviation,MSD)为-0.16℃和-0.14%。不同天气条件夜间温室内温度分布均匀,维持在10~15℃;湿度值在83%~98%,晴天白天温室内温度最高可达31℃。温室温度分布为冠层中央向四周逐渐降低,最大温差为6℃。最大湿度差值为5%,与温度分布规律相反。根据黄瓜霜霉病萌发和侵染条件,可利用温室冠层温湿度分布情况,判断黄瓜病害发病位置,以期为病害预警提供数据支持。
Using “Beijing Research Mini 2” cucumber variety as the test material, the ordinary Kriging interpolation method was used to study the distribution of temperature and humidity at different time points in the greenhouse. The temperature and humidity measurements in the greenhouse were used to verify the results. The results showed that the determination Coefficient (R2) of measured and simulated values of temperature and humidity in solar greenhouse was 0.96 and 0.95, and Root Mean Square Deviation (RMSD) was 1.35 ℃ and 1.45% respectively. The average deviation Mean Bias Deviation, MSD) were -0.16 ℃ and -0.14% .The temperature distribution in the greenhouse was even at night under different weather conditions, maintained at 10 ~ 15 ℃, humidity at 83% ~ 98%, sunny daytime temperature in the greenhouse up to 31 ℃ .The temperature distribution in the greenhouse decreased gradually toward the center of the canopy, the maximum temperature difference was 6 ℃, the maximum humidity difference was 5%, which was opposite to the temperature distribution.According to the conditions of cucumber downy mildew germination and infection, Temperature and humidity distribution, to determine the location of cucumber disease incidence, with a view to provide data for disease warning support.
