我国进行行政体制改革已经将近20年,在改革过程中取得重大成绩,但是,不可否认,我国政府部门尤其是基层政府部门行政体制依旧存在多种弊端,其中政府角色定位失衡、政府职能与我国市场经济发展冲突以及人员冗乱现象层出不穷。严重不利于我国社会政治经济发展。本文将针对以上所提出问题进行全面系统分析,优化我国基层政府职能、加强依法行政和我国相关制度建设工作,促进我国基层行政体制改革健康、快速发展。
