肝硬化患者肝内再生性结节与恶性病灶的超声图象鉴别具有重要的临床意义.本文用切除的结节性硬化肝研究其超声图象并与其大体及显微解剖直接对照,以确定再生结节的超声图象表现.3个新鲜肝得自肝移植的患者,均经病理证实为肝硬化,其中2例为硬化性胆管炎所致,1例不明原因.将肝脏置于水浴中,分别用3、5、及7.5MHz的探头实时扫描.扫描后,每个肝脏按超声断面的平面用刀切开,直接对照超声与大体解剖所见,然后进行组织学观察并复习每个病例术前超声所见.肝脏的肉眼观为大量再生结节,直径为几毫米~2厘米,多为0.5~1.0cm.镜下,再生结节被厚约0.1~
