目的 探讨集束化护理方案在预防呼吸机相关性肺炎中的应用效果。方法 选取2019年8月至2020年8月本院呼吸与危重症医学科、急危重症医学科收治的70例机械通气患者为研究对象,根据护理方式的差异,将70例患者分为观察组和对照组,每组35例,分别接受集束化护理及常规ICU护理。比对两组患者机械通气时间、ICU住院时间及呼吸机相关性肺炎的发生率。结果 观察组患者机械通气时间及ICU住院时间分别为(9.34±1.13)d和(14.49±1.49)d,均少于对照组的(13.52±2.18)d和(17.87±2.59“,”Objective To explore the application effect of cluster nursing scheme in the prevention of ventilator-associated pneumonia. Methods A total of 70 patients with mechanical ventilation treated in the Department of Respiratory and Critical Care Medicine and the Department of Emergency and Critical Care Medicine of our hospital from August 2019 to August 2020 were selected as the research object. According to the differences of nursing methods,70 patients were divided into observation group and control group, with 35 cases in each group. They received cluster nursing and routine ICU nursing,respectively. The mechanical ventilation time and hospitalization time in ICU and the incidence of ventilator-associated pneumonia. Results The duration of mechanical ventilation and hospitalization time in ICU in the observation group were (9.34±1.13) days and (14.49±1.49) days respectively, which wereless than (13.52±2.18) days and (17.87±2.59) days in the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The incidence of ventilatorassociated pneumonia in the observation group was 5.71%, lower than 17.14% in the control group (P<0.05), the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion The application of cluster nursing scheme in patients with mechanical ventilation can significantly shorten the mechanical ventilation time and hospitalization time in ICU, and effectively reduce the incidence of ventilator-associated pneumonia.
