本文合成了新显色剂2-[2-(6-溴苯并噻唑)偶氮]-5-二甲氨基苯甲酸(6-Br-BTAMB)。研究了钴与(6-Br-BTAMB)的反应。在TritonX-100存在下Co(Ⅱ)与6-Br-BTAMB在pH6.3~8.5缓冲溶液中形成稳定的蓝色配合物。其组成为Co(Ⅱ):(6-Br-BTAMB)=1:2。表观摩尔吸光系数ε为1.27×10~5L·mol~(-1)·cm~(-1)。钴浓度在0~12.0μg/25mL范围内服从比尔定律。该方法灵敏度高,选择性好,并用于测定VB_(12)和含钴分子筛中的微量钴。
In this paper, a new color reagent 2- [2- (6-bromobenzothiazole) azo] -5-dimethylaminobenzoic acid (6-Br-BTAMB) was synthesized. The reaction of cobalt with (6-Br-BTAMB) was studied. In the presence of TritonX-100, Co (Ⅱ) and 6-Br-BTAMB formed stable blue complexes in pH6.3-8.5 buffer solution. Its composition is Co (II) :( 6-Br-BTAMB) = 1: 2. The apparent molar absorptivity ε is 1.27 × 10 ~ 5L · mol ~ (-1) · cm ~ (-1). Beer’s law is obeyed in the range of 0 ~ 12.0μg / 25mL. The method has high sensitivity and good selectivity and is used for the determination of trace cobalt in VB_ (12) and cobalt-containing molecular sieves.
