《集验方》是我国南北朝医学家姚僧垣编撰的一部医方专著。由于历史上的种种原因,此书未得以流传。但其部分佚文尚见存于唐·王焘所著《外台秘要》中。《外台秘要》引录了《集验方》“天麻草汤”单方:“天麻草,切,五升。以水一斗半,煎取一斗,随寒温分洗乳……。”并注明其形态:“此草叶如麻叶,冬生夏著花,赤,如鼠尾花。”其中“天麻草”究竟为何物,历来很少有人问津,仅日本《本草和名》将此作为茺蔚子的别名。本文拟对“天麻草” “Set prescription” is a monograph written by Yao Xi, a medical scientist of the South and North Dynasties in China.
