本文对武术套路与散手技能的特点进行了分析，认为武术套路技能属于闭锁性技能，散手技能属于典型的开放性技能。并根据两种技能的信息加工和意识运用过程特点对传统武术教学训练方法进行了客观评价，从而提出改进武术教学训练方法的建议。
This article analyzes the characteristics of Wushu routines and Sanshou skills, concludes that Wushu routines belong to blocking skills, and Sanshou skills belong to typical open skills. According to the characteristics of information processing and awareness process, the traditional Wushu teaching methods are objectively evaluated, and the suggestions of improving Wushu teaching methods are put forward.
