目的:检测舌鳞癌组织中缺氧诱导因子1α(hypoxia-inducible factor-1α,HIF-1α)的表达。方法:采用免疫组化方法检测42例舌鳞癌及其癌旁正常组织中HIF-1α的表达。结果:舌鳞癌组织中HIF-1α蛋白的阳性表达率明显高于正常黏膜(89%vs54%,P<0.05),深层浸润组高于浅层浸润组(P<0.05),与舌鳞癌分化程度及淋巴结转移无关。结论:HIF-1α的高表达可能与微环境缺氧有关,亦可能与舌鳞癌的癌变及浸润有关。
Objective: To detect the expression of hypoxia-inducible factor-1α (HIF-1α) in tongue squamous cell carcinoma. Methods: Immunohistochemistry was used to detect the expression of HIF-1α in 42 cases of tongue squamous cell carcinoma and its adjacent normal tissues. Results: The positive rate of HIF-1α protein in tongue squamous cell carcinoma was significantly higher than that in normal mucosa (89% vs54%, P <0.05), higher in invasive group than in shallow infiltrating group (P <0.05) Differentiation and lymph node metastasis has nothing to do. Conclusion: The high expression of HIF-1α may be related to the hypoxia in the microenvironment and may also be related to the carcinogenesis and infiltration of tongue squamous cell carcinoma.
