美国一位世界第一流的研究长寿的著名生物学家卡尔逊博士曾说过:“我们都可以活一百年,只要我们愿意活下去。”他对长寿提出了五点建议:①要有绿色空间和新鲜空气。②保持活跃的好奇心和丰富的精神活动。③有适当而称心的工作。人一旦停止工作,身体的生理机能就开始退化,工作对于良好的一生是需要的。④食不过量。⑤要预防疾病,同时对疾病作进一步的认识,以便医治疾病,而不只是控制疾病。
Dr. Carlson, a leading American biologist studying longevity, once said: “We can all live for a hundred years as long as we are willing to survive.” He made five suggestions on longevity: ① There should be green Space and fresh air. ② maintain active curiosity and rich spiritual activity. ③ appropriate and pleasing work. Once a person stops working, the body’s physiology begins to degenerate, and work is needed for a good life. ④ food too much. ⑤ To prevent the disease, at the same time make a further understanding of the disease in order to heal the disease, not just control the disease.
