利用连杆曲线实现从动件近似停顿的平面连杆机构在纺织、轻工等机械中获得广泛的应用,本文应用解析法提供了设计这种连杆机构的方法及一系列计算公式。解决这类设计课题的一个关键问题在于确定连杆曲线上点的法线,曲率半径与曲率中心,文中应用拉格朗日五点数值微分公式,根据连杆曲线上点的坐标可直接计算出上列各项,这样既解决了历来沿用的图解法所存在的误差大的问题,同时也省略了由于采用解析法求解连杆曲线的一阶和二阶导数所带来的繁琐的数学推演和运算。文末附数值计算的实例。
