目的研究优势眼的眼别与双眼中散光程度较小眼的眼别关系。方法裸眼视力大于或等于0.8共80例为第一组,裸眼视力小于0.8共80例为第二组,在医学验光基础上结合卡洞法判别双眼中优势眼的眼别。结果第一组优势眼的眼别与双眼中散光程度稍小眼的眼别显著相关(Z=-3.578,P<0.0001),而第二组两者之间无显著相关(Z=-1.789,P=0.074)。优势眼的眼别与散光类型无显著相关(P>0.05)。结论优势眼由基因决定或幼年时期形成并持续维持,而散光程度可能影响优势眼的选择。
Objective To study the relationship between the eye of the dominant eye and the eye with less astigmatism in both eyes. Methods The naked eye visual acuity was greater than or equal to 0.8, the first group was 80, the visual acuity of the naked eye was less than 0.8, the second group was 80. The second group was based on the medical optometry and the card hole method to discriminate the dominant eye in both eyes. Results There was no significant correlation between eyes of the first group of eyes and eyes with slight eyes of astigmatism (Z = -3.578, P <0.0001), while the second group had no significant correlation = -1.789, P = 0.074). The dominant eyes had no significant correlation with astigmatism types (P> 0.05). Conclusions The dominant eye is formed or sustained by genes or childhood, while the degree of astigmatism may influence the choice of dominant eye.
