为解决工业管道内气固两相流体的离散相浓度的在线测量问题,研制了一种非接触式电容传感器。通过计算机辅助设计优化电容传感器测量探头的结构,配置高频抗杂散电容的信号检测转换电路,已制成原理样机。静态实验和初步动态实验表明,此传感器性能稳定,满足工业应用要求。
In order to solve the problem of on-line measurement of discrete phase concentration of gas-solid two-phase fluid in industrial pipelines, a non-contact capacitive sensor was developed. Through computer-aided design to optimize the capacitance sensor measuring probe structure, the configuration of high-frequency anti-stray capacitance signal detection conversion circuit has been made prototype. Static experiments and preliminary dynamic experiments show that this sensor has stable performance and meets the requirements of industrial applications.
