我国铁路内燃机车所用冷却水,最早采用离子交换水添加重铬酸钾(K_2Cr_2O_7)。由于重铬酸钾有毒、污染环境,从1972年开始,很多内燃机务段改用自来水添加NL乳化防锈油做为机车冷却水,大量使用。NL乳化防锈油防蚀效果好,但配方中某些原料来源困难,在有的地区使用还出现析油、析皂现象,油泥沉积,不易清洗,并且溶胀橡胶件,增加了检修工作量。为寻求防蚀效果好、不结垢、成本低、无污染、料源广的新型缓蚀剂,很多单位开展了
