目的研究北青龙衣中萘醌类衍生物的细胞毒活性。方法利用MTT法测定从北青龙衣中分离得到的12个萘醌类衍生物对SMMC7721人肝癌细胞和MCF-7人乳腺癌细胞的细胞毒活性。结果 12个萘醌类衍生物中,4-羟基萘-1-O-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖苷(9),1,4,8-三羟基萘-1-O-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖苷(10)和1,4,8-三羟基萘-1-O-β-D-[6’-O-(3’’,4’’,5’’-三羟基苯甲酰)]吡喃葡萄糖苷(11)对SMMC7721人肝癌细胞显示不同程度的抑制作用,仅11对MCF-7人乳腺癌细胞显示较强的细胞毒作用。结论北青龙衣中萘醌类衍生物在其抗肿瘤活性中可能起重要作用。
Objective To study the cytotoxic activity of naphthoquinone derivatives in Beiqing Longyi. Methods MTT assay was used to determine the cytotoxicity of 12 naphthoquinone derivatives derived from Beilong Qingyi to SMMC7721 human hepatoma cells and MCF-7 human breast cancer cells. Results Among the 12 naphthoquinone derivatives, 4-hydroxynaphthalene -1-O-β-D-glucopyranoside (9), 1,4,8-trihydroxynaphthalene -1-O-β- (10) and 1,4,8-trihydroxynaphthalene-1-O-β-D- [6’-0- (3 ’’, 4 ’’, 5 "-trihydroxybenzoyl) ] Glucopyranoside (11) on SMMC7721 human hepatoma cells showed varying degrees of inhibition, only 11 of MCF-7 human breast cancer cells showed strong cytotoxicity. Conclusion The naphthoquinone derivatives of Beiqing Longyi may play an important role in its anti-tumor activity.
