水对人的生命和健康至关重要,安全饮水是人类健康的根本保障。目前我国城市饮水状况不容乐观,饮用水水源地作为饮用水的源头,存在水资源污染严重、用水量短缺、安全防护体系和保障措施薄弱等问题。文章基于生命周期的理论,开展水源地安全管理模式的探讨。根据生命周期理论,水库型水源地环境功能主要包含上升、稳定和变化(衰落、持续或复苏)三个阶段,根据对每个阶段的特点进行分析,提出了基于生命周期理论下的水库型水源地的五种管理模式,以期对水源地安全管理提供技术依据。
Water is vital to human life and health. Safe drinking water is the fundamental guarantee of human health. At present, drinking water in urban areas in our country is not optimistic. Drinking water sources are the source of drinking water. There are serious problems of water pollution, shortage of water, weak safety protection system and safeguard measures. Based on the theory of life cycle, the paper discusses the safety management mode of water source. According to the theory of life cycle, the environmental functions of reservoir-type water sources mainly include three stages of ascent, stabilization and change (decline, persistence or resuscitation). According to the characteristics of each stage, the paper proposes a reservoir-type water source based on life cycle theory In order to provide technical basis for the safe management of water sources.
