应用丫-谷氨酰转肽酶-甲胎蛋白(GGT-AFP)双染色法对F_(344)大鼠癌前期病变组织中GGT,AFP的产生细胞进行研究.结果表明,透明细胞结节、嗜酸性细胞结节GGT阳性,AFP阴性;嗜碱性细胞结节GGT阴性,部分结节AFP阳性;不典型增生细胞两者均阴性.提示增生结节及肝癌来源于小肝细胞及散在的AFP阳性细胞.
GGT-AFP dual staining method was used to study the production of GGT and AFP in the precancerous lesions of F_(344) rats. The results showed that clear cell nodules, Eosinophilic nodules were positive for GGT and negative for AFP; basophil cell nodules were negative for GGT and some nodules were positive for AFP; dysplastic cells were both negative. Proliferative nodules and hepatocellular carcinoma derived from small hepatocytes and scattered AFP Positive cells.
