本研究以Sarasvathy提出的效果决策逻辑理论为理论基础,对中国创业者的创业决策逻辑特点进行研究。研究共访谈28名成功创业者,并借助扎根理论对访谈资料进行分析。结果表明中国创业者的创业决策效果逻辑是一个5维结构,包含资源导向、变通性、利用偶然因素、战略联盟、可承受损失。成功的创业者和新兴领域的初创业者都更倾向于效果逻辑;在相对确定的创业领域,初创业者更倾向于因果逻辑。本研究启示是创业教育应该注重培养潜在创业者的效果逻辑思维。
Based on the theory of effect decision logic proposed by Sarasvathy, this study studies the logical characteristics of entrepreneurial decision-making in China. Study a total of 28 successful entrepreneurs interviewed, and use grounded theory to analyze the interview data. The results show that the entrepreneurial entrepreneurial decision-making logic in China is a five-dimensional structure, which includes resource orientation, adaptability, use of contingency factors, strategic alliances, and sustainable losses. Successful entrepreneurs and start-ups in emerging fields are more inclined to the logic of effects; in relatively certain startups, start-ups prefer causal logic. The enlightenment of this study is that entrepreneurial education should focus on cultivating the logical thinking of potential entrepreneurs.
