对国内6个省份地区(宁夏、云南、江苏、吉林、河南、新疆)阴干后超微粉碎的菊芋中多糖含量进行对比分析。通过热水法提取菊芋多糖,以葡萄糖为标准物,采用3,5-二硝基水杨酸法测定还原糖含量,以葡萄糖为对照采用苯酚-硫酸法测定水解后的总糖含量。河南产菊芋的多糖含量最高,吉林产菊芋含糖量、提取效率均较高。河南,吉林产菊芋多糖含量、提取效率均较高适于工业化开发。
The contents of polysaccharides in Jerusalem artichoke, which had been dried ultra-finely in six provinces in China (Ningxia, Yunnan, Jiangsu, Jilin, Henan and Xinjiang), were comparatively analyzed. The Jerusalem artichoke polysaccharides were extracted by hot water method. Glucose was used as the standard substance. The content of reducing sugar was determined by 3,5-dinitrosalicylic acid method. The total sugar content after hydrolysis was determined by phenol-sulfuric acid method with glucose as control. Jerusalem artichoke produced the highest content of polysaccharides, Jerusalem artichoke sugar content, extraction efficiency are higher. Henan, Jilin produce Jerusalem artichoke polysaccharide content, high extraction efficiency are suitable for industrial development.
