分析了数控切割下料切割误差形成机理;分析了基于模糊神经PID技术的数控切割机下料切割控制系统的基本原理;分别讨论了模糊化模块的构成,神经网络的基本结构以及改进遗传算法的基本原理。进行实例研究,研究结果表明模糊神经PID控制技术可以有效地应用于数控切割机下料控制之中。
The forming mechanism of NC cutting cutting error is analyzed. The basic principle of NC cutting machine cutting cutting control system based on fuzzy neural PID is analyzed.
