焦炉作业环境可导致焦炉工人的细胞遗传物质损伤,是肿瘤发生的主要机制之一。近年来研究发现,个体某些遗传基因的多态性可影响焦炉工人的遗传损伤程度,在焦炉逸散物诱发疾病的发生、发展中发挥重要作用。现就近年来对焦炉工人遗传损伤有关的基因多态性的研究作一综述,为焦炉职业接触者筛选易患个体或高危人群,并对易患人群实施有效的个体防护提供依据。
Coke oven operating environment can lead to the coking workers’ cytogenetic material damage, is one of the main mechanisms of tumorigenesis. In recent years, it has been found that the genetic polymorphism of some individuals may affect the degree of genetic damage of coke oven workers and play an important role in the occurrence and development of coke oven-induced diseases. In recent years, the genetic polymorphism of genetic damage in coke oven workers is reviewed in this paper, which provides a basis for screening susceptible individuals or high-risk populations for coke oven occupational exposure and providing evidence for effective individual protection.
